Terms of Sale
Version 2026-07-27 · Effective July 27, 2026
1.Who you are contracting with
These terms govern your purchase of Deep Dive Risk Analysis (“DDRA”) reports from Deep Dive Analytics (“we”, “us”). They apply in addition to any separate agreement you have with us. By completing a purchase you confirm you have authority to accept these terms, on your own behalf or for the organization you represent.
2.What you are buying
A DDRA report is a written analysis of a single named insurance carrier, prepared from that carrier's sworn statutory annual statement. Each report is delivered digitally inside your account immediately after payment and can be downloaded as a PDF.
Reports are prepared from filed data as of the stated statement date. We do not update a report after purchase, and buying one does not entitle you to future editions covering later filing periods.
3.Price and payment
Reports are $499 each. Purchasing more than one in a single order is discounted: $799 for two and $1,199 for three. The discount applies only within one transaction — separate orders are each priced on their own.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown on your order review screen is the price you pay for that order.
4.Delivery and access
Access is granted automatically once payment succeeds. If you pay by a method that settles later, access is granted when the payment clears and we will email you at that point.
Reports you have purchased remain available in your account for as long as the account is open and this service operates. We are not obliged to host them indefinitely — download and keep your own copy of anything you rely on.
5.Refunds
Because a report is delivered in full and immediately, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or because the findings were not what you expected.
We will refund you where a report was not delivered, was duplicated in error, or contains a material factual error we cannot correct. Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will deal with it.
6.Purchase limit
Each account may purchase up to 10 reports in a rolling twelve-month period. The limit protects the integrity of the analysis rather than restricting genuine use. If you have a legitimate need for more, contact us and we will discuss it.
7.How you may use a report
Purchasing a report grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal purposes, including sharing it with a client or colleague in the course of advising them. You may quote from it with attribution to Deep Dive Analytics.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports as a product of your own, whether modified or not;
- publish a report in full to the general public, or post it anywhere it can be downloaded without payment;
- use the reports, individually or in bulk, to build a competing dataset, ranking, scoring model, or derivative service; or
- scrape, automate, or otherwise systematically extract content from this site.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, without refund.
8.What a report is not
DDRA reports are informational. They are not a credit rating, a solvency opinion, an audit, a recommendation, or investment, legal, tax, or insurance advice. Nothing in a report is a statement that any carrier is or is not able to meet its obligations.
We do not rate carriers. We reorganize what a carrier itself has sworn to in its statutory filing so it can be read and compared. Any decision you make remains yours, and you should take your own professional advice.
9.Accuracy
Figures are taken from carriers' own filed statements and are reproduced without adjustment. We take care in preparing each report but do not warrant that source filings are accurate or complete, and we are not responsible for errors originating in them. Reports are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10.Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
11.Your account
Sign-in is by one-time email link, so keep control of your email account — anyone with access to it can access yours. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
12.Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one you accepted at checkout, which is recorded against your order. Changes never apply retroactively to a completed purchase.
13.Contact
Questions about an order, these terms, or a report's contents: get in touch.
